KMG Ministries Inc. is a registered faith-based nonprofit headquartered in Houston, Texas, serving individuals and families navigating severe life transitions, incarceration, addiction, and socio-economic hardship.
We provide spiritual discipleship, structured mentorship, reentry support, and neighborhood outreach designed to restore hope, rebuild futures, and create lasting new beginnings.

Our founding story
Born from a journey of redemption.
Born in Lake Jackson and raised in Houston, Founder and Executive Director Kevin M. Gladney carries a personal passion for serving people overcoming adversity. Inspired by his own journey of faith, redemption, and transformation, Kevin established KMG Ministries to offer the structure, spiritual guidance, and genuine accountability that help people build forward with purpose.

Community Outreach & Pen Pal Ministry
Serving local neighborhoods through practical support drives and connecting with current inmates nationwide through a gospel-centered pen-pal network.
